創作理念/ Concept	“這件作品名為旋風陀螺，它的玩法、製作所需的材料和方法都很簡單和環保，而它的目的是為了讓小朋友能一起玩。 旋風陀螺是由一張紙製作而成的。先把紙張剪開分成三張紙條，然後把每張紙條對摺，再把紙條的尾端摺成L形。最後把製作好的紙條分三個角度疊在一起，並用膠水黏好，便可以開始玩了！ 這件玩具有兩種玩法，可供一人玩或多人玩。第一種玩法是放在風扇上，開啟風扇後，它就會進行旋轉。第二種玩法是從高處拋下，讓它自然旋轉，看看誰的陀螺轉得最快。”
