創作理念/ Concept	“這件作品名為「跳跳杯」，它的玩法、製作所需的材料和方法都很簡單和環保，而它的目的是為了讓小朋友和大人能一起玩。 跳跳杯是由兩個紙杯和一條橡皮筋製作而成的。先選取其中一個紙杯，分別在紙杯的對邊剪一半，然後把橡皮筋套入，便可以開始玩了！將有橡皮筋的紙杯（紙杯A）套在另一個紙杯（紙杯B）上，然後把紙杯A輕輕向下壓再放手，紙杯A便會向上彈起。這件玩具可供一個人玩，也可以供多人比賽，看誰的杯彈得最高。”
