創作理念/ Concept	“「環保盒橡筋推動船」 只要將自己飲完的果汁盒剪開一半，兩邊貼上竹筷子，在尾部綁上橡筋，利用剩餘紙盒部分剪出葉片貼在橡筋上。轉動葉片的同時帶動橡筋的扭動，一放手，船便可以在水中航行，簡單方便，只需5分鐘就可以完成，鼓勵小朋友自己動手製作玩具。
