創作理念/ Concept	香港政府建議斥資120億港元在啟德發展區興建全長9公里的高空架 系統。這是對城市發展需求中一個重大環境保護連接系統工程。就正因自己土生土長都是九龍東的一份子, 而且從未來發展中, 九龍東成為香港第二個核心商業區。今次作品題材及材料全從這點研究及創作起來。 從下層表示三個連接區, 分別觀塘、啟德新發展區及九龍灣三地 (以三個半球發泡膠, 滴了白電油自然侵蝕效果), 並且建議改善行人連接系統 (以小黃石舖出), 同時提出建造一條環保連接系統貫穿全座啟德發展區, 加強區內與區外連繫。 這個 非單純之公共運輸工具, 亦是地標之一, 上層是乘客從高架車 (玩具車) 車廂飽覽維多利亞景緻。軌道以環保筷子搭建, 兩個車站 (半球發泡膠) 便安全到達目的地。 以上各方面的材料都與環保有關, 利用創造力, 設計思維及技術知識便能設計出各式各樣的藝術作品。
