創作理念/ Concept	鳥取沙丘是日本一個沙漠地帶，其特別之處是臨海，加上鳥取的梨子很出名，老師認為很值得去以和菓子去呈現出來，所以特別用梨為主要材料，配以蝶豆花美美的藍來作天空，作品完成後如水晶球般通透，晶瑩，鳥取沙丘為和菓子注入靈魂，而和菓子把沙丘的美態展現在更多的人前，互相煇影，相得益彰。
